Community Room
Please select an available time from the grid below to begin your Community Room Request. You must ensure that your request complies with our Community Room Guidelines and agree to the Community Room Use Agreement on the next page before submitting your request.
Please allow at least 2 business days for library staff to review your request. Bookings are not official until you receive an email from library staff stating that your booking is confirmed.
Community Room use is subject to the following:
- Maximum capacity 30 (updated 11/16/21)
- Maximum of 3 active reservations allowed per individual/group
- Room may be reserved up to 30 days in advance
- Room may be reserved up to 3 hours per day
