Fall Prevention Program In-Person

Thursdays, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26,4/2, 4/9 & 4/16, 12-1pm.

The fall prevention program is a seven week course where each week builds off of the previous. This program includes pre- and post assessments to measure participants strength, balance, and mobility. Each session is one hour in duration and will cover educational material, followed by evidence based exercise that can be done seated or standing.
