Grow-Your-Own-Mushrooms on Toilet Paper In-Person
Are you interested in gardening, growing your own food, or just think mushrooms are cool? Join us to learn how to grow edible oyster mushrooms on a roll of toilet paper with just a few simple mushroom growing supplies. You will be guided through the process and get a simple crash course in basic mushroom biology and growing techniques. Participants will leave with a completed mushroom growing kit, instructions for care, and even a few recipes and if all goes to plan, you can harvest your first mushroom in 6 to 8 weeks.
Since we will use boiling water, kids younger than 8 years old must have an adult with them for this program.
