Tech Help Appointments w/ LiteracyCNY In-Person

LiteracyCNY's Digital Literacy Volunteer is now available for 45-minute one-on-one tech help appointments! Learn how to use a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone; upload a document to a USB drive; connect to WiFi; create and use an email account; find and apply for jobs; use social media; work with Microsoft Office or Google Suite; and create a resume and cover-letter.

Meet the Digital Literacy Volunteer in Room 218 on the second floor for your appointments.

Registration opens on the 20th of each month. Due to high demand, we ask patrons to limit their appointments to two per month.

The following services are NOT offered:

  • Malware, spyware, or other malicious app removal or remediation
  • Hardware repair
  • Operating System repair or re-installation
