Dancersize In-Person
4-part series: Thursdays, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6 & 11/13, 12-1pm.
Join Certified Zumba instructor Sue Mirra for an afternoon of Dancersize! Geared for the active older adult, this 50 minute class combines rhythmic muscle toning, dance moves, and stretching. It’s designed to improve your core, your balance, and your cardiovascular endurance—and it’s fun!
Participants are encouraged to wear sneakers, and to bring water and a hand towel.
