Community Yoga In-Person

4-part series: Fridays, 9/5, 9/12, 10/14 & 10/24, 10-11am.

Join certified yoga instructor Chelsea No for an accessible, beginner-friendly yoga program designed to improve physical and emotional well-being. Participants will learn the basics of yoga and will be given the opportunity to explore yoga's many benefits. No experience with yoga is required.
