MacOS: Basics & Beyond In-Person
Join OFL’s Digital Services and Technology librarian for an in-depth look at Apple's Mac Operating System (MacOS), the beating heart of Apple's MacBook and iMac computers. In this one-session class, we'll start with the fundamentals of MacOS, including navigating the Finder, managing files, and customizing the Dock. Then, we'll delve into powerful built-in apps like Safari, Pages, and iTunes, and explore more advanced features like Time Machine and the System Settings.
Patrons are strongly encouraged to bring their own MacBooks running MacOS 11 or higher.
Please Note that many advanced features, including iCloud, require an active iCloud account. Patrons are encouraged to set up their iCloud account prior to this program.
