Genealogy Series: Starting Your Family History In-Person
Under the guidance of Dr. Sara French, you will learn the basics of Family History research, gain an overview of free and paid resources, and delve into essential record-keeping strategies. Patrons are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet. Pencils, worksheets, and guides will be provided.
This program is part of a three-part series geared toward beginners starting their investigation into family history. Each session will cover a different aspect of genealogy. Patrons interested in building a substantive foundation for building a family tree are encouraged to attend all three sessions.
