Join us for this author talk and reading as we spotlight two authors who have recently published their own stories

Dave Murray, author of A Breath of Fresh Air: A Transplant Tale
Murray was born and bred in the snow capital of the Northeast, Syracuse NY, and for some reason still lives there. Dave was an associate editor for the legendary Syracuse New-Times, where he wrote music features and a popular humor column, Out of the Ordinary. Dave had his own double-lung transplant 20 years ago which inspired his new novel. He hopes this story will inspire transplant patients, past and future, and people with cystic fibrosis.

Paul J. Canavan, Jr., author of My Story So Far...
Canavan, who wrote his memoir as a gift to his children, will talk about his journey of compiling countless family stories into this wonderful narrative representing many different voices. He will also read a story or two from his book.
As Canavan's book was published simply as a gift for family, copies will not be available for purchase.
